Maintenance Wash up to 2 hours is a safe exterior wash with a light interior tidy—ideal for keeping on top of a regularly maintained car.
Premium Interior/Exterior Detail up to 3 hours goes further inside and out, includes deeper interior detailing, and finishes with a 6-month ceramic sealant on paint, glass, and wheels.
How long does a full detailing service take?Are these services suitable for neglected vehicles?
They’re designed for regularly maintained vehicles. If the car is in a neglected condition (heavy soiling, built-up grime, excessive pet hair, etc.), it may need extra time, equipment, and specialist products. If that’s the case, I’ll tell you upfront and quote accordingly before starting.
Do you offer mobile washes?
No—everything is studio-based in North Harbour, Eastbourne, and appointment only. The controlled environment is a big part of keeping the process safe and consistent.
What do you need from me before drop-off?
Please remove personal items (especially from footwells, seats, boot, and door pockets) so I can work efficiently and safely. If there are any problem areas you want prioritised, just tell me at drop-off.
Will this remove swirl marks or scratches?
These services focus on safe cleaning, decontamination where included, and protection. They won’t remove paint defects like swirls/scratches—that requires machine polishing/paint correction. If you want that addressed, I’ll advise the best option based on the paint condition.
How long will the 6-month protection last, and how should I maintain it?
The sealant is designed to last up to 6 months, depending on mileage, storage, and washing habits. For best longevity: avoid harsh detergents, use pH-neutral shampoo, and wash using safe methods. If you want, I can recommend a simple maintenance routine that suits how you use the car.
Can you clean child seats / heavy pet hair / mould / strong odours?
Sometimes, but it depends on severity. Anything like heavy pet hair, biohazards, mould, or strong odours usually needs extra time and may be better suited to a more intensive interior service. Send a couple of photos and I’ll advise.
Why is pricing listed as “from”?
Pricing is based on vehicle size and condition. A well-maintained hatchback and a large SUV with heavy brake dust and interior use aren’t the same job—so I’ll confirm the price once I know what I’m working with.
