We will not publish identifiable vehicle photographs, testimonials or customer information for marketing without your permission. You can withdraw permission for future use at any time.

  • DetailBook, our online booking and customer-record platform, which may process booking, vehicle, customer, appointment, reminder and payment-related information on our behalf;
  • Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout, where a deposit or payment is made online. We do not store full payment-card details on our website;
  • Google services, including Google Tag Manager and, where enabled, Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion measurement;
  • trusted contractors or approved service partners where this is necessary to provide a service you have requested;
  • our insurers, accountants, professional advisers or other suppliers where reasonably necessary; and
  • law-enforcement, regulatory or government bodies where we are required or permitted to do so.

Third-party providers may use your information under their own privacy policies as well as under our instructions. When you follow a link to a third-party website or contact us through a third-party platform such as Google, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, that platform may process your information under its own terms.

7. International transfers
